Ireland will face South Africa at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Saturday 11th November during the 2017 Guinness Series. This will be the first of three autumn internationals to be played by Ireland in 2017.

Ireland won a famous first test victory on South African soil in June 2016 – winning the opening match of the summer tour 26-20 in Cape Town – but the Springboks went on to win the series 2-1.

Ireland and South Africa have contested a total of 25 rugby test matches since their first meeting in 1906. Ireland have won 6 of those matches, whilst South Africa have won 18 matches. There has also been one draw between the two sides.

Tickets for the Ireland v South Africa autumn international match went on general sale on Friday 26th May, priced from €17.50 (Restricted Cat 4) to €100.00 (Premium Level) plus booking fees.
