Summer Rugby Internationals 2022
During the summer of 2022 the four home rugby unions – England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales – toured the southern hemisphere for the first time in three years following the relaxation of Covid travel restrictions.
Highlights of the 2022 summer internationals included:
- Ireland claiming a historic 2-1 series triumph over the All Blacks
- England completing a 2-1 series victory over the Wallabies
- Wales recording their first ever away win over the Springboks
