Ireland Autumn Internationals 2016
Ireland began their 2016 autumn international campaign with a historic first-ever victory over the All Blacks in Chicago. A week later they beat Canada in the opening match of the Guinness Series at the Aviva Stadium. The All Blacks were then welcomed to Dublin for a return match, in which they gained revenge for their loss two weeks earlier. In the final match of the series, Ireland showed huge resilience to beat Australia - and with it become the first northern hemisphere team since 2003 to beat the southern hemisphere's big three in the same calendar year.
