South Africa scored six tries as they beat Scotland 42-28 in a thrilling Nations Championship match at Loftus Versfeld. The hosts took control of the first half with tries from Embrose Papier and Evan Roos in quick succession to open up a 14-0 lead. But Scotland responded with tries from Matt Fagerson and Kyle Rowe to draw level at 14-14 by half-time. After the break, South Africa were reduced to 14 men when Ben-Jason Dixon was shown a yellow card for foul play.
