Fiji will take on England at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on July 11 as part of the inaugural Nations Championship.
The fixture will be staged at the home of Everton Football Club, marking a historic occasion as the new waterfront venue hosts an international rugby union match for the first time.
As a designated Fiji home fixture, the match is expected to showcase Fijian culture, with fan zones featuring traditional music, food and entertainment around the ground.
Fiji face Wales in Cardiff before travelling to Merseyside to meet England, ahead of a third fixture against Scotland at Murrayfield.
England, meanwhile, face a demanding summer schedule, opening against South Africa in Johannesburg before returning home to play Fiji, and then travelling to Argentina for their final fixture of the campaign.
