Summer Rugby Internationals 2024

During the summer of 2024 the four home rugby unions all went on overseas tours.

England, Ireland and Wales headed south to play a series of Tests against the giants of southern hemisphere rugby, whilst Scotland went on a tour of the Americas.

  • England lost their series against the All Blacks 2-0
  • Ireland drew their series with the Springboks 1-1
  • Scotland were unbeaten on their four-Test tour of the Americas
  • Wales lost their series against the Wallabies 2-0

With the Lions set to tour Australia in 2025 and the Nations Championship set to begin in 2026, these may have been the last of the traditional summer tours undertaken by the home unions.
